How to make

1. Syrup

Prepare your raspberry syrup if making at home: Bring equal parts sugar and water to the boil, reduce to simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add Raspberries and mash. Leave to steep for 1 hour. Strain out all the raspberries and leave to chill in fridge

2.Pour

Pour your Beefeater London Dry Gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a mixing glass or pitcher over ice

3.Stir

Stir to combine

4.Pour

Pour into your glass

5.Top

Finish with the peach soda

6.Garnish

Granish with a slice of peach and a couple of raspberries
