Made by our friends at My Cocktail Bible, this spicy margarita inspired sip is the perfect tropic gin twist on a martini. Watch the heat level rise with every added slice of chili – if you want something milder then make sure you’ve deseeded it and even reduce the number of slices you add to the muddle.
1. Slice
Prepare your mango and chili by slicing them up and put them into a cocktail shaker
2. Pour
Pour in your sugar syrup
3. Muddle
Squash up your mango, chili and syrup mixture
4. Pour
Add in your Beefeater London Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc and lime juice
5. Shake
Shake hard with ice until well combined
6. Rim
Prepare your glass with a tajin rim
7. Strain
Strain your drink into your glass. Use an extra strainer to keep the drink smooth.
8. Garnish
Garnish with a wedge of chili on your glass
