This policy outlines our procedures and guarantees related to the delivery of your orders.
1. Estimated Timelines
We will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather).
2. Compensation for Delay
If delivery exceeds the estimated time by more than 1 hour, you may be eligible for a voucher code for a percentage discount on your next order, at our discretion.
3. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon successful delivery and confirmation at the confirmed address.
4. Refusal of Delivery
Our staff is authorized to refuse delivery if the recipient fails age verification or is visibly intoxicated (refer to General T&Cs, Section 1).
