  • Chilli Infused Campari 30 ml
  • Creme de Cacao 15 ml
  • Sweet Vermouth 15 ml
  • Chocolate Bitters 2 dashes
  • Melted Chocolate to garnish
  • Red Chilli to garnish

About this cocktail

How to make

1. Infuse

Soak your chillis with campari in a sealed container. The longer you leave it, the stronger the chilli flavour will be

Dip your glass rim onto your melted chocolate and leave to cool while you make your drink

3. Pour

Pour all of the ingredients in over ice in a mixing glass

4. Stir

Stir until perfectly chilled

5. Pour

Pour into your prepared glass

6. Garnish

Finish with a chopped chilli to garnish
