- 35 ml Jameson Original
- 60 ml Lightly Whipped Cream
- 10 ml Demerara Sugar Syrup
- 90 ml Espresso
- Grated Nutmeg
- 1⅙ Parts Jameson Original
- 2 Parts Lightly Whipped Cream
- ⅓ Parts Demerara Sugar Syrup
- 3 Parts Espresso
- Grated Nutmeg
About this cocktail
How to make
1. Add the Jameson, Demerara syrup and coffee to a pre heated tempered glass.
2. Top with lightly whipped cream.
3. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
How to make sugar syrup
1 .Add 500g Demerara sugar, 250ml water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. Remove from heat, allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
