How to make
1. Fill the glass with ice cubes to keep the drink crisp and chilled
2 . Muddle 5 mint leaves to release their aromas, then pour 45 ml of Martell VS into the glass over the ice, and add 20 ml of fresh lime juice.
3. Mix in 15 ml of simple syrup and then top with 90 ml of soda water
4. Give a quick stir to blend the ingredients smoothly
5 . Add garnish with a lime wheel
