MyHappyHour.co.ke Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

This policy details the specific terms for order cancellations, product returns, and experience booking refunds.

1. Order Cancellation (Physical Products)

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel an order for a full refund within 10 minutes of placing it.
  • Post-Processing Cancellation: After 10 minutes OR once the order has been handed to the assigned driver, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from your refund. If the order is in transit, the delivery fee will also be forfeited.

2. Returns for Physical Products (Drinks)

All sales are generally final. We will only accept returns or offer a refund/replacement if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery for the following verifiable conditions:

  • Damaged or Leaking Product
  • Incorrect Item Delivered
  • Defective/Spoiled Product (must be returned with a significant portion remaining).
    Non-Returnable Items: Change of mind, partially consumed products (unless defective), or products damaged after successful delivery.

3. Cancellations for Experiences & Tickets

When You Cancel (Notice Period Before Event)

Refund/Credit Policy

8 days or more

100% Full Refund (or 100% Store Credit).

Between 7 days and 72 hours

50% cash refund OR 100% Store Credit.

Less than 72 hours

No Refund or Credit will be issued.

Cancelled by MyHappyHour/Venue

100% full refund or option to rebook for a future date.

4. Refund Process

Contact Customer Support within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of item verification.
