This policy governs the use of content you create and share related to MyHappyHour.co.ke and #myhappyhour254.
1. Grant of License and Acceptance
By submitting, posting, or tagging MyHappyHour.co.ke or @myhappyhour254 in any content (on social media, our website, or at any official MyHappyHour physical event), you explicitly agree to these UGC terms and grant MyHappyHour.co.ke a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your UGC in our marketing and promotional materials.
2. Warranties (Third-Party IP Protection)
You confirm you own the UGC or have secured all necessary rights and permissions from any third-party contributors (including photographers) to grant us this license.
3. Responsible UGC
UGC must not promote excessive or irresponsible drinking or feature persons under the legal drinking age (18+ in Kenya). We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.
